This post will be the announcement of our commonplace books contest:
As many of you know, I am in the process of creating what we are calling “commonplace books” for download and for sale. As I am creating and compiling, there is a need for examples of these pages already filled in. Unfortunately, I no longer have young children (the youngest of our 15 children is 14 years old!) who could fill in the pages.
What to do?
It occurred to me that there are some of you who could lend in a hand, and we could make it fun by creating a contest of sorts. This way you could have fun and we could have some wonderful examples to put in the books.
Here are the particulars:
- When: The contest will start today and end on April 30, 2024. Winners will be announced on May 14, 2024
- How: Go to the links below to access the pdf files and print them out. Then, have your child(ren) fill them out, and after they have filled them out, take quality photos of their creations and send them to me at momdelightsdotcomatgmaildotcom.
(Unfortunately, we will only be able to use those that can be clearly seen, so please make sure the photos are ones that will give a good presentation.)
- Winners: There will be three winners for each page which will be included in the books. They will also be the first to receive a download of the printed book via email.
******AND….The number one winners for each page will receive a free copy of the commonplace book for their level once it is finished!
Also, ALL legible pages will be added to a gallery that will be posted on this website.
